Our client has a backlog of work for the next several years and has an excellent reputation in the industry.Job DescriptionConstruction Project ManagerProject ManagementManage multiple luxury residential renovation projects simultaneously, ranging from full apartment gut renovations to custom townhouse remodels.Lead projects through all phases, including pre-construction, estimating, planning, procurement, construction, and closeout.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and milestones.Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues impacting schedule, budget, or quality.Client & Design Team CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, interior designers, engineers, and consultants.Facilitate regular project meetings and provide consistent progress updates.Manage client expectations while maintaining exceptional customer service throughout the renovation process.Coordinate design changes, scope modifications, and project documentation.Budget & Financial ManagementPrepare, review, and manage project budgets and cost tracking reports.Analyze project costs and monitor financial performance throughout construction.Review and approve subcontractor and vendor invoices.Manage change orders, contract administration, and project forecasting.Ensure projects achieve targeted profitability objectives.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
