Job Description

Manage luxury residential renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
Coordinate architects, consultants, owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and procurement.
Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to mitigate risk.
Work closely with Superintendents to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
Oversee project documentation, reporting, and financial tracking.
Maintain exceptional client relationships throughout the construction process.
Lead project closeout, punch list completion, and final turnover.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

Experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor specializing in high-end residential construction.
Proven success managing luxury gut renovations of townhomes, brownstones, penthouses, or luxury apartments.
Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
Experience coordinating with architects, interior designers, owners, and specialty subcontractors.
Ability to manage multiple phases of complex interior renovation projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
