Their team delivers complex, design-driven projects while fostering a collaborative culture that values professionalism, accountability, and long-term career growth.Job DescriptionManage luxury residential renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.Coordinate architects, consultants, owners, subcontractors, and vendors.Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and procurement.Monitor project costs and identify opportunities to mitigate risk.Work closely with Superintendents to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.Oversee project documentation, reporting, and financial tracking.Maintain exceptional client relationships throughout the construction process.Lead project closeout, punch list completion, and final turnover.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
