Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Office based in Athens and project is onsite Atlanta.
  • Starting timeline of 60-90 days.
  • Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
