Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure alignment with goals.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all necessary permits and legal requirements are obtained and followed.
  • Maintain effective communication with all team members and external partners.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • 2-5 years of Retail experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience with managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Problem-solving skills to address project challenges effectively.
