Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to agreed-upon schedules and costs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to maintain project alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment needed for project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
