Job Description

  • Travel is required, with overnight visits to 2-3 active job sites every 1-2 weeks.
  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to final delivery.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards throughout all project stages.
  • Monitor project performance and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment as needed for construction activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee teams and workflows.

  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
