Job Description

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
  • Drive project planning, procurement, and risk management efforts.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Participate in client meetings and help maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee and mentor project engineers and support staff.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing education, municipal, healthcare, or commercial construction projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CM at Risk delivery methods and preconstruction services.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple project stakeholders and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
