Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Oversee on-site operations to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices.
  • Identify and address potential risks and issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain project alignment and progress.
  • Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
