Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project objectives.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Lead project teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Experience managing construction projects within the property industry.
  • Mixed project experience multifamily, commercial, medical, education, etc. Is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
