Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
  • Lead project teams and coordinate subcontractors
  • Conduct owner and subcontractor meetings
  • Manage project financial performance
  • Identify and resolve project risks
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Strong financial management and scheduling experience
  • Experience managing projects valued at $10M+
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
