Client is a builder developer in the Atlanta market that operates as a general contractor servicing client in the multifamily, healthcare, and K12 education space.

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to define project scope and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage and supervise contractors and on-site staff.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
