Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing projects from award through final completion
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules
  • Overseeing project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
  • Managing subcontractor procurement and buyout activities
  • Reviewing contracts, scopes, and project documentation
  • Leading owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings
  • Processing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project reporting
  • Coordinating with field operations teams and Superintendents
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction goals are achieved
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $10M-$100M+
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and project financial management
  • Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders and project teams
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and construction management software
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Stable work history with reputable commercial contractors
