Job Description

  • Plan, manage, and monitor all phases of construction projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to align project goals.
  • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project plans.
  • Supervise on-site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.
  • Review contracts, permits, and other documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout project lifecycles.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes and industry standards.
