Job Description

Construction Project Manager

  • Lead and manage commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise project teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and resources for projects.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects, including ground-up builds and large remodels.
  • Knowledge of projects ranging from $2M to $50M in scope.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ground-up construction experience is a plus
  • General knowledge of Building and Construction codes is a plus
