Client is a top commercial construction general contractor with a mixed commercial construction portfolio looking to expand their municipal, higher education, and industrial division.

Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to deadlines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee project execution and address any issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely project updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve conflicts and challenges to maintain project momentum.
