Construction Project Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status and performance.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the construction process.
