Job Description

  • Manage hospitality construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare conceptual and detailed cost estimates during preconstruction.
  • Develop budgets, scopes of work, and bid packages.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project schedules, costs, and overall performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage change orders.
  • Review drawings and specifications for constructability and pricing.
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with field teams to support successful project execution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

  • 3+ years of project management, estimating, or construction management experience.
  • Experience managing commercial, hospitality, hotel, or renovation projects.
  • Ground-up construction experience
  • Turnkey renovation experience
  • Proven experience preparing estimates, budgets, and bid packages.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor management.
  • Ability to review construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
  • Experience coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
  • Proficiency with construction management and estimating software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
