Job Description

Construction Project Manager

  • Manage multifamily, affordable housing, and assisted living new construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to meet established goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Resolve any issues or delays to keep projects on track.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners throughout the project lifecycle.
