Job Description

  • Implement and enforce company-wide safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct jobsite safety inspections and audits across multiple projects
  • Lead safety meetings, training programs, and orientations
  • Partner with Superintendents to promote safety culture onsite
  • Track incidents, maintain documentation, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure OSHA compliance across all job sites
  • Utilize project management software for reporting and documentation
  • Travel regionally (typically ~1 overnight per week)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Safety Manager should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a dedicated safety role
  • OSHA 30 certification required (OSHA 500 is a plus)
  • Strong ability to connect with field personnel and drive engagement
  • Tech-savvy (experience with Procore or similar platforms preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable balancing office responsibilities with field presence
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
