Job Description

  • Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections and audits
  • Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to field staff and crews
  • Lead safety training sessions and toolbox talks
  • Track incidents and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain safety documentation and reporting
  • Partner with project teams to proactively mitigate risks
  • Promote a strong, positive safety culture across all jobsites

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10 years of safety experience in construction
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and compliance
  • Experience conducting inspections and leading safety programs
  • Ability to connect with field teams and influence behavior
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Background in commercial construction preferred
