With a people-first culture and long-term commitment to safety, quality, and professional development, the company offers employees the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both projects and communities.Job DescriptionSeeking an experienced construction safety professional to lead and support environmental, health, and safety initiatives across commercial construction projects. This role partners with project teams and leadership to develop safety strategies, conduct inspections, deliver training, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesChampion and promote a Zero Injury safety culture.Review project schedules and proactively identify safety risks.Build strong relationships with project teams, craft personnel, regional leadership, and safety professionals.Develop and execute action plans to improve regional safety performance.Maintain a strong presence on project sites and provide timely support for safety-related concerns.Partner with project management teams on site-specific safety planning and execution.Conduct pre-construction safety meetings, contractor orientations, jobsite inspections, and incident investigations.Develop and implement safety programs, policies, and training initiatives.Ensure consistent application of safety procedures across projects and regions.Review contractor prequalification packages and site-specific safety plans for compliance.Assist in developing, revising, and implementing safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.Support emergency response planning and preparedness efforts.Analyze safety data and provide reporting, regulatory guidance, and recommendations to leadership.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
