Client is a top light industrial, interiors, religion, and aviation general contractor with a growing portfolio.

Job Description

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Lead project teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Senior Project Manager should have:

  • Aviation construction experience preferred
  • Structural steel experience preferred
  • Mid-rise and high-rise experience preferred
  • Post tension concrete experience preferred
  • Mixed commercial construction experience preferred
  • Technical degree level education in construction or related field
  • 10+ years of experience working in the construction industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Stable work record
  • Knowledge in Construction Management or related field required
