Job Description

  • Plan, schedule, and manage all phases of construction projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or budgets as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and resources for projects.
