Job Description

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout projects.
  • Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to maintain productivity and focus.
