Experience in the light industrial space such as: big box retail, distribution, warehouse centers including some tilt wall is required for consideration of this role.

Job Description



  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. This includes managing the entire lifecycle of the project, from design and permitting to construction and completion.


  • Team Leadership: Leading a team of project managers, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals. Ensuring clear communication and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise within the team.


  • Client Relations: Serving as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met and providing regular updates on project progress.


  • Budget and Cost Management: Monitoring project costs, ensuring the project stays within the established budget. Identifying areas for cost savings and managing change orders.


  • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, whether related to scheduling, costs, or safety.


  • Quality Control and Safety: Ensuring construction practices meet safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations.


  • Contract Management: Reviewing and managing contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring all terms and obligations are met

The Successful Applicant

Light Industrial experience is required for this role

Technical degree level education in construction or related field

5+ years of experience working in the construction industry

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Stable work record
