As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects and drive execution excellence.

Job Description

The Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end construction execution for projects up to $100M
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cash flow forecasts
Oversee preconstruction, procurement, and contract negotiations
Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project life-cycle

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate:

Minimum 10+ years of construction ground up construction project management experience
2+ years preferred as a Senior Construction Project Manager
Proven background in healthcare, or municipal construction.
Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
Effective communicator with a proactive and solutions‑driven mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across the Southeast.
Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide field teams and maintain project momentum.
