As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects and drive execution excellence.

Job Description

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end construction execution for projects up to $100M
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and cash flow forecasts
  • Oversee preconstruction, procurement, and contract negotiations
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project life-cycle

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate:

  • Minimum 10+ years of construction ground up construction project management experience
  • 2+ years preferred as a Senior Construction Project Manager
  • Proven background in healthcare, or municipal construction.
  • Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Effective communicator with a proactive and solutions‑driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across the Southeast.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide field teams and maintain project momentum.
