Job Description

  • Supervise all onsite construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise.
  • Manage site logistics, including scheduling, materials, and equipment.
  • Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure construction meets specified standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates and resolve concerns.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

  • Experience with light industrial, tilt-wall, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
