Job Description

* Lead day‑to‑day site operations on ground‑up commercial projects

* Manage subcontractors, schedules, and on‑site safety programs

* Oversee sitework, utilities, and early‑phase construction activities

* Coordinate inspections, quality control, and project milestones

* Act as the primary on‑site representative with clients and partners

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

* 5+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial GC

* Proven ground‑up construction experience from dirt to punch‑out

* Strong background in sitework and utilities

* Professional, client‑facing communication style

* Comfortable using construction technology and field tools
