Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their healthcare and class a office construction division.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction site activities and maintain progress against project plans.
  • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to keep work aligned.
  • Review project schedules and address site issues that could affect delivery dates.
  • Monitor work quality and confirm completed work meets project requirements.
  • Promote safe work practices and maintain a clean, organized job site.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and site needs to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics to support planned construction work.
  • Maintain site records, including daily activity reports and progress documentation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience overseeing daily construction activities on active job sites.
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, contractors, materials, and site schedules.
  • Ability to read construction plans and follow project specifications.
  • Experience monitoring work quality and resolving day-to-day site issues.
  • Knowledge of construction site safety practices.
  • Ability to maintain clear project records and provide accurate progress updates.
