Construction Superintendent- Healthcare- Springfield

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain seamless workflow.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Monitor project budgets and track progress to identify and address potential issues.
• Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications effectively.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to maintain efficiency and high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate project updates and challenges to stakeholders promptly and professionally.
• Ensure all permits and inspections are completed and documented as required.
