Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities for projects valued at $50M+
  • Manage field teams, subcontractors, safety, quality, and daily operations
  • Work closely with Project Managers to build and maintain project schedules
  • Facilitate OAC meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Mentor field personnel and drive project success from start to finish

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

  • 10+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent role
  • Proven track record delivering healthcare, hospital, lab, or life sciences projects
  • Experience managing projects valued at $50M+
  • Strong scheduling, planning, and field leadership capabilities
  • Stable career history with demonstrated tenure and progression
