Job Description

  • Oversee all field operations on assigned commercial construction projects
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
  • Enforce safety programs and maintain a clean, compliant job site
  • Conduct daily site meetings and communicate progress to project leadership
  • Review plans, specifications, and scopes to proactively identify issues
  • Support inspections, punch lists, and final project close-out

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of ground-up and/or renovation projects
  • Ability to lead teams and hold subcontractors accountable
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of safety standards and construction best practices
  • Comfortable managing multiple trades and fast-paced schedules
