Job Description

* Lead overall field operations, schedules, and labour budgets on projects valued $7M-$200M

* Direct and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and self-perform trades

* Plan and manage short-interval schedules, manpower, and site logistics

* Control quality, safety, cost, and documentation to ensure client satisfaction

* Mentor and develop superintendents while collaborating with project leadership

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

* 8+ years of superintendent experience on large commercial projects

* Background in K-12, industrial, or healthcare construction

* Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety practices

* Proven leader able to manage teams and resolve site challenges

* Degree in construction management preferred or equivalent experience
