Job Description

  • Lead daily on-site operations for K-12 and municipal construction projects
  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and project schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and project specifications
  • Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and client representatives
  • Oversee quality control and ensure project milestones are met
  • Drive schedule adherence and proactively resolve field challenges
  • Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and communication

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent - K-12 / Public / Municipal should have:

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up K-12 construction projects
  • Must have served as lead Superintendent on at least one completed K-12 build
  • Experience within public or municipal construction environments required
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety, and field coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project timelines
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
