About Our Client

Looking for an experienced construction Superintendent with at least 5 years of experience in k-12 construction to join a top General Contractor in the South.

Job Description

  • Coordinate daily on-site construction activities to maintain progress against project schedules.
  • Review project plans and communicate work priorities with field teams and subcontractors.
  • Monitor completed work to confirm it aligns with project plans and site requirements.
  • Track site activity, deliveries, and work sequencing to help prevent delays.
  • Address day-to-day site issues and communicate updates to the appropriate project contacts.
  • Maintain clear records of site progress, changes, and completed work.
  • Promote safe work practices across the construction site.
  • Coordinate site readiness for upcoming phases of construction work.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Construction Superintendent' should have:

  • Ground up experience
  • $20M+ projects
  • Experience coordinating on-site construction activities and daily work plans.
  • Experience reading and working from construction plans.
  • Ability to coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and project schedules.
  • Experience monitoring work progress and identifying site issues.
  • Ability to maintain clear site records and communicate project updates.
  • Knowledge of safe construction-site work practices.
