Construction Superintendent - Light Industrial

• Supervise and manage on-site construction activities for light industrial projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at the construction site.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors.
• Resolve on-site issues and troubleshoot challenges to maintain workflow.
• Prepare and submit daily construction reports and progress updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project objectives and client expectations.
