With a reputation for professionalism, transparency, and strong client relationships, they have built a diverse portfolio across multifamily, custom residential, and commercial construction sectors.

Job Description

  • Site Supervision: Lead all on-site construction activities for a ground-up 100+ unit multifamily project in Paterson, NJ.
  • Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct daily site meetings and maintain strong communication with ownership, project management, and clients.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, building codes, and safety requirements.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, RFIs, punch lists, and progress updates.
  • Quality Control: Monitor project quality and ensure subcontractor performance meets company standards.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects.
  • Proven experience delivering wood-frame multifamily developments.
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management.
  • Ability to maintain detailed project documentation and stay ahead of administrative responsibilities.
  • Ability to lead teams, hold subcontractors accountable, and maintain project momentum.
