Construction Superintendent - Multifamily

• Manage daily operations and activities on the construction site for multifamily projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and address any potential delays or issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Resolve on-site challenges and adapt to changing project needs effectively.
