Seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation municipal and hotel construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met. This role will manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and work closely with project teams to successfully deliver projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • 5+ years of superintendent experience on municipal or hospitality projects.
  • Proven track record delivering projects safely, on schedule, and on budget.

Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that has a strong municipal and hotel project portfolio in the Southeast area.

Job Description

  • Coordinate daily construction site activities to keep work aligned with project plans.
  • Monitor project schedules and address site issues that affect planned work.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and confirm work is completed as scheduled.
  • Review completed work against project requirements and identify items that need attention.
  • Maintain clear site records, including daily progress and project updates.
  • Promote safe work practices across the construction site.
  • Communicate project status, site needs, and schedule updates with relevant team members.

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:
