Job Description

  • Take full responsibility for job site leadership and daily operations
  • Develop, manage, and drive project schedules and critical milestones
  • Enforce quality control and safety standards across all trades
  • Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and vendors
  • Run site meetings, track progress, and proactively solve field issues
  • Serve as the primary field point of contact for project stakeholders 📢
  • Partner with Project Managers to ensure overall project success
  • Mentor Assistant Superintendents and junior field staff 👥

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-15 years of experience as a (Lead) Super (Background in Public, and / or Commercial ground-up construction necessary.)
  • MA CSL. OSHA 30, Proficient in Procore
  • Ideally has prior experience working on projects valued at $10M+ or more.
  • Must have previously worked for a Commercial General Contractor
  • MUST be willing to work on Nantucket (accommodations can be made)
