Job Description

  • Overseeing all on‑site construction activities from start to finish
  • Managing subcontractors, trade partners, and field personnel
  • Enforcing safety programs and maintaining a clean, compliant jobsite
  • Coordinating project schedules, sequencing, and daily work plans
  • Collaborating closely with Project Managers and ownership teams
  • Conducting inspections, quality control, and punch‑list completion
  • Representing the company professionally with clients and inspectors

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
  • Strong background in ground‑up or large‑scale commercial construction
  • Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams effectively
  • Solid understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and sequencing
  • OSHA safety knowledge (OSHA‑30 preferred)
  • A hands‑on leadership style and commitment to jobsite safety and quality
