Job Description

    • Manage daily construction activities and on-site operations.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
    • Conduct site meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
    • Monitor project quality and resolve field issues proactively.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within established budgets.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Experience managing commercial, municipal, educational, office, government, or public-sector projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, site logistics, and project execution.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proven leadership and subcontractor management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to project sites
