Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and provide solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of daily site activities and reports.
