Job Description

As an Construction Superintendent - Westchester, NY, you will:

    • Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure schedules and milestones are achieved.
    • Maintain strict safety standards and enforce site-specific health and safety programs.
    • Manage project logistics, quality control, and daily site operations.
    • Conduct progress meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and project teams.
    • Oversee inspections, documentation, and compliance with healthcare regulations and project specifications.
    • Identify and proactively resolve field issues to minimize project delays.

The Successful Applicant

An ideal Construction Superintendent - Westchester, NY, will have:
