Construction Superintendent

• Manage daily on-site construction operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel on-site.
• Oversee compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues and challenges promptly to avoid project delays.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and materials.
• Conduct final inspections and ensure all punch list items are completed.
