Job Description

Manage day-to-day on-site operations and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper inventory management on-site.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address potential issues.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve challenges.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and logs.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to the on-site team to achieve project goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

Strong background in the property construction industry, particularly in managing on-site operations.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
