Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders regarding project status.
  • Identify and address any issues or delays to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations and building codes in New York.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the project.
