Construction Superintendent

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trades to maintain high-quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Monitor project schedules and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure proper execution of work.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid project delays.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure their expectations are met.
