Construction Superintendent

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure project delivery aligns with timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure construction accuracy.
• Track project progress, address any issues, and provide solutions to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
• Manage material deliveries, equipment, and workforce allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to key stakeholders and management.
