Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and technical specifications.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
